Teens will learn about Dred Scott and the est. 400 Freedom Suits that were brought before the St. Louis Court in the 50 years between the Louisiana Purchase and the Emancipation Proclamation. We will meet at the Field House Museum dedicated to Dred Scott's Lawyer and will hear from Lynne Jackson, descendant of Dred and Harriet Scott and head of their foundation. Fee for the event is $16.05.
